How can you Enter

• Make a booking on Mother’s Day at Hunter & Barrel to enter for a chance to win 1 of 3 Mother’s Day Spa Packages valued at $300.
• Guests need to make a reservation on Mother’s Day, Sunday 14th May, 2023, and fill out the entry form with the same name to be eligible to enter the competition.

To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

• Make a reservation on Mother’s Day, Sunday 14th May 2023 at either Hunter & Barrel Raine Square or Hunter & Barrel Eastland AND;
  Fill out the entry form above.
• Guests are allowed multiple entries but only three winners will be selected per venue. Six winners in total. Winners will be selected at random and contacted via email.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

1. inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
2. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
3. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
4. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
5. unauthorized human intervention in any part of the competition;
6. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
7. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
8. any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

What are the material dates of the competition

• The competition is open to all reservation holders on on Mother’s Day, 14th May 2023.
• A winner will be selected on 24th May, 2023. 

Will there be costs / expenses the winner must incur

• Any extra spa package add-ons or purchase value outside of the nominated $300 gift card value is to be paid by the winner

How will you notify the winner

• Winner will be notified via email

What time period do they have to redeem the reward

• The chosen winner needs to provide their email, full name, mobile number, address for us to deliver them the Spa voucher to use.
• Winner needs to claim their win within 14 business days otherwise will be forfeited.
• Winner is to show the physical/digital voucher to the spa treatment company to redeem their prize.

What are the prize requirements

• The prize is not redeemable for cash or other items and not valid for any other promotion
• The prize is not transferable
• Gift card expiry date is subject to the spa treatment company terms and conditions
• Subject to terms and conditions of spa treatment package supplied by partner 
• Seating times may apply to our standard service period procedures for bookings on Mother’s Day
• The decision by the promoter is final.
