1/ Coal Roasted Harissa Cauliflower 

Many of the culinary feats on offer at Hunter & Barrel incorporate the use of a traditional coal grill to create that perfectly cooked and crisped finish in every meal. One of which is our delicious Coal Roasted Harissa Cauliflower dish. 

Served on a bed of flavoursome chilli yoghurt, this meal comes with a salsa verde, almond, pomegranate, and wild herb salad. 

From the filling and tasty golden cauliflower at the heart of the meal to the delightfully surprising chilli yoghurt and the refreshing salad, this dish will become a fast favourite. 

2/ Pumpkin and Cauliflower Croquettes 

In a world where a croquette can be practically anything, we believe we have found the most delicious combination. 

Our Pumpkin and Cauliflower Croquettes are one of our new summer starters, served with a zesty lime aioli and aged parmesan to maximise the flavour. These crispy mouthfuls are the perfect way to begin a meal, or can be enjoyed by themselves with something refreshing from our beverages menu

3/ Roasted Pumpkin 

Roasted Pumpkin is a classic, hearty favourite that’s popular in vegetarian restaurants everywhere, but we believe ours is one of the best in the country. 

Our Roasted Pumpkin dish comes with smoked honey for a touch of sweetness, chilli and harissa to ramp up the flavour profile of the entire plate, and an almond cream and apple, nuts and herbs salad to offer something lighter on the side. 

4/ Roasted Eggplant & Sumac Yoghurt
