Quality ingredients are central to everything on the Hunter & Barrel menu. We let the produce speak for itself, with fresh steak, meat, poultry and seafood offerings roasted to perfection over our signature coal grill and spit rotisserie. Our signature feast boards, slow-cooked meats and hearty dishes are complemented by a range of seasonal sides and salads for a well-rounded menu grounded in tradition but inspired by innovation.
At the bar, our drinks selection features barrel-aged cocktails prepared with progressive techniques, alongside whisky and bourbon flights, craft beers, boutique wines and a range of specially selected beverages.
