Skewered Experience with Wine
There’s a reason that skewered meats have been around for thousands of years. There’s simply no substitute for getting that smoky flavour, crispy texture, and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Using ripping-hot fire grills, our chicken and superb Wagyu rump are first marinated in bold seasonings, then cooked until they achieve that unmistakable char. Our Skewered Experience is designed for those who appreciate the primitive way of high-heat, open-flame cooking, and the mastery of which our chefs exhibit this technique.

- This dining experience voucher can be used at any of Hunter & Barrel restaurants in Australia within 12 months from the purchase date.
- The expiry date is clearly identified on the voucher.
- It cannot be reloaded or topped up.
- The dining experience entitles you to enjoy our Skewered Experience with Wine for two people featuring smoky chilli wings, chicken thigh skewer, wagyu rump skewer, chocolate s’more and a glass of house selected wine, beer or soft drink.
- The dining experience menu is subject to seasonal changes.
- You will be notified of any subsequent changes at the commencement of the dining experience.
- Any menu items consumed that are not explicitly included in the specified dining experience are charged in addition to those items offered within the dining experience at the conclusion of the dining experience.
- The dining experience voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, another dining experience voucher, or gift voucher, and no change or credit note is given for amounts not spent by menu choices within the dining experience.
- If lost or stolen, the voucher cannot be redeemed or replaced.
- Dining experience vouchers are not redeemable on special event days.
- Not valid with any other specials or promotions.
- The dining experience is conditional upon Hunter & Barrel’s terms and conditions advertised on its website at the time your booking is confirmed.
- Bookings are not finalised until you have received a booking confirmation email.
- Change to your reservation date must be made 48 hours prior to the existing scheduled start time of your dining experience.
- Guests are welcome to reschedule directly with the venue however, the new date must fall within the dining experience voucher expiration period of 12 months from purchase.
- Bookings are recommended to be made at least three weeks in advance.
- If you would like to book a dining experience during peak times (such as weekends or holidays), you should book further in advance.
